(How It Stacks) How It Stacks #45: Transformers Movie (1986) and Soundtrack

bah weep grana weep ninny bon! JD has cashed in his Trivia Wars prize and hand picked this topic out of the millions of other topics that The Professor and Bulldog would rather be doing. The HIS trio not only celebrated JDs trivia wars win on this one, they celebrated a birthday, AND brought on a guest host.  The jokes start early on this one as Bulldog and Willis share that they BOTH don't have very many memories of this "epic" topic while JD can just about recite it from memory. This also marks the 1st episode the guys cover music which starts the big debate on youve got the the touch... Is it really a fight song? Take solace in the fact that in this movie there is no Michael Bay and for a movie targeted at kids  a lot of Autobots and Decepticons WERE harmed in the making. Will the Professor and Bulldog regret their decision to let the winner of trivia wars get to choose the topic or will they all rejoice in bask in the possible glory that might be Transformers: The Movie. Find out on an all new How It Stacks.

(The Geek I/O Show) The Geek I/O Show #113 / Mana Pool #3: "It Ends With the Purple Skeleton"

This week on The Geek I/O Show, CJ tries to murder everyone as the party heads outside of Red Larch to encounter the bandits who have been causing problems for the local townsfolk.  Grab your longbow and get ready.

Dhalgren the Weird stands strong while Davdak takes two arrows in the sparkle pants.  Saltaba lights it up, and Dricu heals with one hand and cuts bandits down with the other.  Feeling vengeful, the party moves in only to encounter a hungry bear.  The battle rages on.  Fires burn high.  There is rolling in the Google doc.  Is the party victorious?  Whats up with that pixie and the exploding purple skeleton (my favorite 90s band)? Tune in to find out!

(Life of an Accounting Droid) Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice Comic-Con Trailer

Today, we got the second trailer to the Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice movie coming in 2016 and it did not disappoint. In this trailer we get more of the growing concern over Superman's powers and what it means for the people of Earth. This transitions into Batman in action over the destruction of Wayne Tower and what appears to be his thought over the loss of his family. While I don't think we need another Batman origin story just yet (since I think we're still so close to the Christopher Nolan trilogy), the way it is presented here, I'd be ok with flashbacks over why Bruce Wayne needs to be the Batman at all. We also get  more action between Batman and Superman with Batman quite a bit on offense and Superman in calm looking fury. This trailer also introduces us to Gal Gadot in action as Wonder Woman first fighting an unknown foe and secondly what appears to be her in defense. This trailer also alludes to the possible introduction of the Riddler either in the sequel or as a second foe that Batman has to face. Finally we get shots of Lexcorp with the introduction of Lex Luthor himself with what I would surmise as kryptonite. All in all it seems we are heading towards the Justice League movie or at least introduce all the founding members.
