(The Comic Alliance) Breaking news! Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to play Black Adam

After months of teasing us about it, and apparently being given the chance to CHOOE which character to play, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson revealed today via Twitter that he has chosen to take on the Anti-Hero / mostly villain known as Black Adam in what seems to be a "Shazam" single title to be brought out by New Line Cinema, and to be written by Lost writer Darren Lemke.

There are no further details right now, but we will keep you in the loop, and we'll discuss it on this month's TCA podcast.

(How It Stacks) How It Stacks #32: Rugrats

rugrats.jpg

This is one of the cornerstones for people who grew up around the birth of Nicktoons. Arguably one of their biggest shows up until recent years... We're talking about Rugrats!

Take a trip with the HIS trio as they stack this epic topic and discover the darker side of Rugrats. We found a Rugrats theory that is terribly disturbing; yet some how has enough evidence to support it, its actually considered probable.  Willis shares his thoughts on why Angelica is the best character. JD gets a little sappy while sharing his thoughts on why the show had a huge draw. Bulldog in a brand new segment, called "Where are they now?" tells us the origins of the famous Walter White.

GO logo Black SQUARE Avatar.PNG

This week on The Geek I/O Show, we have our DragonCon recap!  We are joined by our own Raul Garza, because, well, he was there.  Its time to discuss our adventures in one of the most highly concentrated geek events of the year!

We discussed Twitch going crazy, meeting face to face and eating schwarma, what a habitrail is, grinding furries, game room after dark, pen issues, tribbles in training, going bottle nuts, CJ meeting a fan, seeking Professor Shyguy with an Ali on your back, a tiny flash banging into Rachel and JuRY, sustenance vs lubrication, Christmas in your mouth, blender floppy flappaccino, gargling soap, two pounds of meat on your salad, Hunger Games theme park is a bad idea, who ate the Willys, and the only thing better than watching Guardians of the Galaxy is watching it together!  Plus!  The night time paradigm shift!

Join us on The Geek I/O Show, wont you?  Well tell you how many men, dressed as a raccoon, to expect in the line for the BDS&M panel.
