Respawn Entertainment has opened the Closed Beta sign-ups for Titanfall, which will be from February 14th to the 18th. To sign up for an opportunity at getting into the beta, just go here and chose either Xbox One or PC via Origin. The cut off for beta registration will be February 14 at 4:00 pm PST.
